Healthcare workflow + current product/AI building

I start with the real workflow, then define what technology should do.

My healthcare track record is in clinical-systems delivery: discovery, workflow design, implementation, testing, and adoption. My product and AI evidence is newer and hands-on: I am building GetDigit.App and using Codex inside a governed personal operating system.

Together, those experiences are relevant to healthcare solutions consulting, product implementation, and forward-deployed engineering (FDE) roles.

The feature someone asks for is not always what will get the job done.

My clinical background helps me see handoffs, exceptions, accountability, and adoption. My delivery experience helps me carry that understanding into requirements, configuration, testing, and implementation.

Aspirus Health · Care Coordination and Case Management

Connecting nursing intake documentation to care coordination.

I led requirements, configuration, and testing for workqueues that automatically surfaced patient needs from nurses’ existing intake documentation, with no additional action required from nursing. Shared workqueues also let care coordinators cover for one another across eight hospitals.

Mary Washington Health System · Pulmonary

Coordinating a new service line across applications.

I led discovery and workflow analysis, completed Orders-side configuration, and coordinated dependencies across scheduling, Pulmonary, Willow, billing, charge capture, and operations.

What I am building and learning now.

I state the stage of each project directly so current building is not mistaken for a finished product or a healthcare-AI deployment.

GetDigit.App

I am building GetDigit.App to help people make sense of their YNAB budget through conversation. I shape product behavior, workflow design, YNAB API and MCP integrations, multi-provider model routing, test strategy, and explicit human-confirmation controls across React, Express, and Supabase.

GetDigit.App is a budgeting product, not a healthcare product. It demonstrates how I approach product behavior, integrations, safety boundaries, testing, and human approval.

White Space Innovations → Plott Performance

Through White Space Innovations, I consulted for Plott Performance. I helped translate a founder's one-to-one sports-psychology coaching method into a survey-based digital product concept, evaluated platforms, and shaped a modular MVP workflow. This was concept and discovery work, not a claimed product launch.

How I work.

I learn how the work actually happens, including the exceptions and handoffs. I define one useful problem, test it, change direction when the evidence changes, and stay involved through validation and adoption.

If your team has a healthcare workflow that looks simple on paper and messy in practice, I would be glad to talk.

I am especially interested in Epic clinical-systems, healthcare solutions, product implementation, and forward-deployed roles.
